During his heyday in the 80’s, I wonder if anyone ever thought Thomas Dolby would one day look like a goomba.
Q: Why did they call it the PSP Go?
A: Because you will have to pass go and collect $200 in order to come close to being able to afford it!!!!
Joke of the year. A Nobel Prize now please.

The Joys of Fatherhood
This is a tiny little comedy bit I wrote a while back about the joys of being father. It’s basically just a vessel to tell some Allman Brother jokes and use my favourite fake name, Tybreeze. While I’m no longer able to father children due to my nether regions being vigorously shaken to the point of eruption while sitting on an amp at an outdoor Allman Brothers concert in late 1999, I was lucky...
The Lost Crown: Great modern adventure games do...
I love games where you get to shoot nazis as much as the next person but I will never love a genre of video game as much as I love adventure games. I’ll play a 3rd person ninja game, sure, but I’d much rather be playing a game where some obtuse and completely irrational puzzle has you dipping a slice of pizza into tar so you can glue it to a pipe to stop a leak or using cat hair to...

The Streets - Trust Me →
Mike Skinner leaks a brilliant track from the upcoming final Streets album “Computers and Blues” that sounds like something that chavs would listen to in the year 2198 during futuristic flying football stadium riots.

New Matt Berry Album!!! Free!!!Exclamation...
In a move of stunning generosity and extreme awesomeness, Matt Berry has put his new album Witchazel up as a free limited edition download! Expect lots of grandiose over the top crooning, charming melodies and psychedelic 60’s folk music. http://www.witchazelfreedownload.com/
Simon Pegg, I love ya, but you can say no to a script!!!
Rounders: The Game
Not only am I amazed that they made an iPhone game based off the movie Rounders 11 years (!!!) after it’s release, I love the fact that all of the characters are clearly just the Matt Damon model dressed up differently. I’ve always wanted a game where I get to play poker against a bunch of Matt Damon clones wearing a series of different wigs and fake moustaches.

Grooveshark, will you marry me?
With Muxtape still rebuilding itself after the great purging I had to turn elsewhere to quench my cravings to make mixtapes so I managed to find Grooveshark, possibly the greatest tool invented by mankind since the Bedazzler. Below is my first mixtape, dubbed “Music For Crushingly Depressing Times”, and I can guarantee that it contains 10 fabulous tracks. It features what may be the...

Alfie, who was 12 when he got Chantelle Steadman - who was then 14 - pregnant, said: “I know I’m young but I plan to be a good dad.”
In an interview with The Sun, the schoolboy from Eastbourne, East Sussex, he said his first night of parenthood was “easier than I thought”, adding: “I think we’ll be good parents. I’ll have to work extra hard at...
THE WORST IDEA OF ALL TIME:
Entertainment Weekly Reviews East Bound and Down
“Danny McBride was invited
to join the Apatow/Stiller/Ferrell
komedy klub after they dug him as a boorish martial-arts instructor in his 2006 indie schlock comedy The Foot Fist Way; soon he was popping
up in Tropic Thunder and Pineapple
Express, and on Ferrell’s Funny or Die website. Some folks consider Foot Fist a grungy classic, but I think Eastbound & Down, McBride’s...

Cult Canadian comedy troupe The Kids In The Hall are returning to TV. The five-strong sketch team, whose original series ran in North America in the late eighties and early nineties, are to make eight new episodes for Canadian broadcaster CBC next year. And the show, tentatively titled Death Comes to Town, has been inspired...

The Greatest Book Ever Written
Contrary to popular belief the greatest book ever written is not The Secret or something by Dan Brown (although those are excellent!) it is in fact the novel “The Darkest Evening of the Year” written by the tyrant of terror, the master of macabre, the head honcho of horror himself Dr. Dean Reginald Pine Koontz, or simply Dean Koontz as he’s known to his trillions of fans across...
